Job description

What You'll Be Doing: - Manages dispatch calendar (Google calendar, etc.) - Manages daily dispatch activities (availability and time approval by Branch Manager (BM), dispatching closest trucks, etc.) - Converts opportunities to sales requests (SR) and confirms with owner (Outside Sales Representative (OSR), General Manager (GM), or Branch Manager (BM)) - Answers central dispatch phone line in a timely and professionally - Processes requests from existing (standard) customers Qualifications: What We're Looking For: - Education: high school diploma or GED - 1-2 years dispatch experience, preferred - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition - Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel - Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties, Oracle Field Operations module preferred What You'll Need for Success: If you feel you don’t have the experience listed above, but still think you are qualified for the job, we encourage you to apply for consideration. - Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time - Ability to work under...
