Water Treatment Plant Operator D Department: Utilities/WTP Reports to: Plant Chief Operator Summary : Under close supervision, performs basic maintenance work in th e operation of a City Water Treatment (WT ) Plant; learns to monitor, inspect, maintain, and adjust equipment according to job specifications and Utilities Department technical standards.
