Job Summary: Maintains responsibility for the supervision/management of hospital Patient Access staff/services. Works with Patient Access points and hospital management to define goals and objectives, as well as staff priorities. Reviews project progress and recommends any changes to senior management. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
