We are looking for a reliable and attentive Housekeeping Assistant to join our housekeeping team at one Grinkle Park Hotel. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for: Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to company standards, including making beds, replacing linen and toiletries, Hoovering and dusting. Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, corridors, stairwells and leisure facilities. Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department. Replenishing minibar items, guest amenities and stationery as required. Managing lost property in line with hotel procedures. Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times. Responding to guest requests politely and efficiently to exceed expectations. Working flexibly to cover shift patterns which may include early starts, weekends and bank holidays.
