Job Summary: The Banking Center Assistant Manager is responsible for consulting on all bank products and services to customers and non-customers in a needs-based manner. INTRUST Bank banker training will be provided for this position. Successful completion is required. The position is responsible for the daily operations of the banking center, supervising, mentoring and coaching the teller and/or personal banker team for the attainment of goals.
