About the role: Anthropic's international sales organisation is scaling fast, and we're building the onboarding to match. As International GTM Onboarding Lead, you'll join the Productivity team, report to the Head of International Productivity, and be part of shaping what international onboarding looks like at Anthropic from the ground up. The global GTM onboarding is the foundation. Your job is to take it further, elevating it for each market, layering in the regional context, market knowledge, and cultural fluency that makes it land locally. Not a rewrite. An elevation.
