We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join the Water Use Investigations team. About the role: The Water Use Investigations Team work closely within our group and various departments, investigating and resolving complex water use enquiries for our metro and regional customers. We uphold our corporate Working as One value to deliver on our promises with Empathy and Compassion, whilst balancing our customer's needs with our corporate standards. As an officer, you will have Subject matter Expert knowledge in all of the Water Use Investigations team processes and would play a pivotal role in supporting our upcoming CBO Uplift program, which aims to elevate our teams processes and output efficiencies, whilst adhering to corporate standards and guidelines.
