Senior Director, People & Transformation Communications The Senior Director, People & Transformation Communications leads the enterprise internal communication strategy for Genuine Parts Company’s people agenda, including the company’s separation into two independent public companies and the ongoing execution of GPC’s People strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Strategic Communications and working in close partnership with the Chief Human People Officer and People Leadership Team, this role shapes how the organization communicates its workforce strategy, culture priorities, organizational evolution and major people initiatives to teammates globally. This leader serves as the strategic lead for People-related communications and change enablement, translating complex business and organizational decisions into clear, aligned and trusted messaging for teammates and leaders.
