Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey! We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Stock Controller to join us at our site in Derby. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. As a Customer Stock Controller, you will be responsible for all of the material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards. This will involve a 'scan and replenish' of parts to ensure stock availability targets are achieved as well as the setting up of storage locations and mediums to ensure they adhere to the agreed company standards. This varied role will also see you have high levels of communication with the customer both face to face and remotely via Teams, responding to requests for urgent parts and locating stock. You will also be required to use a company van to deliver parts to other customer sites across the UK.
