Description Nashua, NH: Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Case Manager to join our collaborative team supporting children, adolescents, and families . This position works in homes, schools, and community settings to help youth develop skills in social connection, emotional regulation, problem solving, and self-esteem. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging directly with children and families. Schedule Requirement: - Ability to work until 7:00 PM, four days per week. Why You’ll Love This Role: - Connect children and families to community resources, including medical, educational, and social services. - Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with families and treatment team members. - Deliver individualized therapeutic behavioral services based on treatment plan goals. - Provide parenting support to caregivers to address behaviors and emotional needs. - Respond to and assist with crisis interventions as needed.
