Caring Transitions San Diego Part-Time (25 hrs/week to start) Caring Transitions San Diego is expanding our Real Estate Partnerships division and seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to cultivate and grow referral relationships within the local real estate community. This is a structured outreach role designed for someone who thrives in networking environments, builds trust quickly, and enjoys generating consistent lead flow through professional relationship development. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in expanding our brokerage partnerships across San Diego. What You’ll Do: To set you up for success, your first three months will include pre-booked brokerage presentations, established caravan presentation bookings, and access to known networking events.
