Overview: Provide operations support to various areas of Business Banking and Consumer Collections. Perform data-entry, and system maintenance, so that the supported team has the most up-to-date information on accounts. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform data entry of various types of information, and from multiple sources (e.g., invoices, settlements); receive and verify accuracy of documents (e.g., titles). - Prepare/mail letters to attorney/trustee, customers, vendors or other third parties. - Process debt validations; create up to three response letters to customers disputing responsibility for a loan, along with providing documentation of the debt and track status. - Prepare Reaffirmation Agreements with supporting documents and mail to attorneys. - Prepare Proof of Claims (POC’s) for submission, including supporting documentation. - Assist in creating payment coupons and G/L tickets from trustee disbursements, arranging overpayments to be sent to trustee. - Prepare attorney referrals and assign to designated attorney. - Assigns matter number to case in preparation for billing/payment. - Contact outside vendors (e.g., insurance companies) to gather and/or provide information...
