Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience working in an operations capacity (e.g., scaled/sales operations, vendor management, process/organizational improvement, etc.). - Experience with identifying abuse trends or working in policy. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and partners. - Experience working with data to identify trends and make recommendations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in trust and safety. - Ability to influence key stakeholders to contribute towards continuous improvement of operations. - Ability to work with cross-functional partners across geographies, with strong influencing and communication skills to drive strategy and business action for new feature launches.
