River Oaks Country Club is looking for a high energy, enthusiastic Fitness Front Desk Attendant. This role is “mission control” for our world class fitness center. You will be the first point of contact for our Members and their guests. Part-time position | from $14.50/hour | Beautiful facilities | Free employee meals & parking | Excellent benefits Duties and Responsibilities: - Open and close the fitness center each day as required. - Book, change and cancel appointments using our POS system (Jonas). - Greet everyone who enters and leaves fitness center facilities. - Provide detailed descriptions of professional services, treatments, packages, facility features and hours of operation. - on-going programming and promotions and tennis lessons. - Handle member and guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously. - Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Members and guests. - Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
