As an Technical Project Manager at Aptiv, you'll be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, and driving engineering excellence. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your Role: Responsible for the Design Reviews & Peer Reviews and completeness of the Design Review workbook in compliance with PDP process. Responsible for the Technical Risk Register and overall risk mitigation plans. Assure the engineering competencies are considering design for manufacturability (DFA, DFM). Approve Start/Stop/Change/Signoff of engineering activity on component level work packages. Mediate technical conflicts between Engineering Project Leaders. Responsible for the evaluation and management of internal and customer technical (product and/or system) change requests. Technical change estimation (effort/timing/cost) and present PCE impact.
