Position Summary: The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for our Portland, ME operations, our fastest growing business unit today. This site produces highly engineered components for paper, film and foil industry, as well as material handling systems for a broad set of markets. The Operations Manager position directly supervises the machine shop lead, the assembly department lead, shipping/receiving, along with indirect responsibility for all Production department personnel. This position requires a hands-on leader, who spends most of their time on the production floor leading, supporting, and mentoring their team of approximately 15 people.
