In this newly Captive Manager role, you will be pivotal in designing, embedding and scaling QBE’s captive solutions for Corporate clients, ensuring they are commercially compelling, operationally robust and fully integrated into our wider offering. This is a high-impact role at a key point in QBE’s growth journey. You will act as the enterprise owner for captive solutions, shaping how we partner with clients, brokers and internal teams to deliver sophisticated captive-enabled programmes across Europe. Reporting into the Client Proposition team within Market Management, the role combines strategic proposition leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with Underwriting, Multinational, Risk Solutions, Reinsurance, Finance and Operations.
