MRO Site Sourcing Leader

Job Description Summary The MRO Site Sourcing Leader will be responsible for leading Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Sourcing for our Bangor, Allentown and Parsippany sites. The Site Sourcing Leader will lead competitive bids and negotiations consistent with established commodity strategies to drive the best quality, delivery, pricing and commercial terms with key suppliers. The Site Sourcing Leader will also partner with GEV functional stakeholders in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Finance, Supply-Chain, and other functions to drive excellent service levels to the organization and ensure suppliers fit their needs. The Site Sourcing Leader will report to the MRO Global Category Leader, and will collaborate with other Sourcing team members to coordinate sourcing efforts, drive RFQ processes and supplier selection for assigned projects, as applicable. This will be an onsite position located in Bangor, Maine.
