Join us as a Transformation & Change Lead - This is an opportunity to be instrumental in delivering simple, quicker and more sustainable outcomes for the business and our customers - We’ll be asking you to design and implement transformation and change projects across the Private Banking & Wealth Management (PB&WM) change portfolio, in line with our overall strategic direction - Expect to grow your network and gain significant exposure in this role, as you work with the Head of Strategy Delivery and wider senior management team within business lines to steer the strategic vision for the PB&WM business - This is a remote-first role, so you’ll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally and coming into the office twice a month when you need to collaborate closely with your colleagues What you'll do: We’ll be looking to you to drive forward and lead the initiation, design and effective implementation of all aspects of transformation and change in PB&WM.
