Cross sells credit union products and services to assist members in meeting their financial needs. Maintains a proficient understanding of all credit union products and services including personal and vehicle loans with the ability to identify and offer additional referral opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Evaluates needs of new and existing members and offers appropriate financial products and services. Assists in meeting Branch goals by expanding member relationships through active selling of credit union products and services in support of production and profitability goals. Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current members to maintain goodwill and gain additional business. Adheres to the member onboarding program. Opens and closes new memberships, including IRA, Trust, and Estate. Processes personal and vehicle loans with accuracy and efficiency. Actively participates in the in-branch greeter progr...
