Seeking a Superintendent with wastewater, reservoir, and/or dam experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Mineral, VA. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Salary is between $125K - $150K per year (based on experience) As a Superintendent, you will leverage your capacity for innovation and problem-solving to lead field operations to ensure an exceptional project is delivered to our clients. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule while also implementing a culture of safety and quality.
