The opportunity: Kinetic is on the lookout for a Workplace Relations Specialist (or Senior depending on your experience) to join our high-performing Workplace Relations team on a full time 12-month contract. We’re open to experience levels if you’re a passionate ER professional, whether your background is in a law firm or in-house, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with leaders to navigate complex and high-risk ER matters, lead responses to external claims, and contribute to enterprise bargaining, drafting and industrial strategy across a large, unionised workforce. Collins Street based with regular travel across our Melbourne depots. About the role: - Provide expert employee and industrial relations advice to operational leaders and People teams - Manage complex and high-risk ER and IR matters end to end - Lead responses to external claims including unfair dismissal and general protections matters - Prepare written submissions, evidence and correspondence for matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals - Support investigations into complex workplace issues to ensure fair and compliant outcomes - Contribute to enterpris...
