What you’ll do in the role: Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is seeking an Associate, Strats in New York, New York to support, architect, and continuously enhance Morgan Stanley’s sales data and client- enablement infrastructure supporting Fixed Income electronic trading platforms. Analyze multi-source sales, client-onboarding, entitlement, and trade-reference data to identify systemic inefficiencies and performance bottlenecks. Apply findings to inform strategic decisions across Sales, Trading, Technology, Risk, and Operations.
