The primary objective of this role is to grow the centre’s member base. We do this by: a. Enrolling members by helping facilitate and lead the Amazing Trial Experience and providing timely follow up with all trials who didn’t close in centre. b. Vetting trials scheduled for today and tomorrow. c. Delivering an exceptional lobby experience for trials and members. d. Bringing the “hype” in the lobby. e. Responding in a timely manner to member service requests via phone, text and email. f. You are the lead for all ancillary revenue streams including camps, parents night out and birthday parties. a.
