Role Summary The School Partnership Program Coordinator supports Carrier’s national effort to build and sustain long-term relationships with vocational schools, trade programs, and community colleges offering HVAC/R education. The role ensures that Carrier’s “Tech Ambassador” engagement model runs smoothly coordinating school visits, tracking commitments, and helping local offices deliver consistent, high-quality support through guest lectures, advisory board participation, career events, equipment donations, and other workforce development initiatives. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining program stability, driving accountability across participating Carrier offices, and ensuring that each school partnership remains active, valuable, and sustainable.
