Description The PKI Operations Manager (Lead) handles all unexpected team decisions. Hosts meetings and keeps projects organized and prioritized. Oversees task delegation and projects for PKI Registration Authority Officers (RAO) and Local Registration Authority Officers (LRA) throughout the DOE/NNSA enterprise. Responsibilities include: - Providing training per PKI policies - Supporting decisions related to RAO operations - Performing Certificate Authority (CA) functions - Managing CA updates and schedules The role requires expertise in: - Drafting policies and procedures - Handling daily operations - Creating and managing roles within the PKI Credentialing Management System (CMS) - Implementing Service Now for token lifecycle tracking Additional duties involve: A notification to prospective applicants that reviews, and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4, will be conducted by the employer and a background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and that subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
