Fiberglass Machine Operator (Night Shift)

Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Operate winding machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Follow all safety practices and wear required PPE at all times - Adhere to company policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures - Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision - Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned Job Duties: - Work overtime and shift schedules as required - Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift - Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift - Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly - Push and pull materials and equipment as needed - Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures - Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production - Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Travel up to 10% as needed Education and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Minimum of three years of verifiable work history - Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment - Demo...
