You role & work environment As Expert lead Finance Advice TECH, you report to the Head of Finance Advice Cost. Within ‘Finance’, the Finance advice cost team is part of the CoE Cost Management and Advice, which is managing the end-to-end cost chain of the bank (from Request to pay to forecasting). You indirectly lead a team of 6 experts, who have the same or related purpose to gather, analyze, interpret, and report financial and managerial data for the cost control of the TECH domain of the Bank. You lead the financial reporting and forecasting process and provide finance advice to the TECH management. A day in the life of a Finance specialist You are end-to-end responsible for the cost control of the TECH domain. You indirectly lead a squad of 6 Finance advisors; you organize and follow-up their daily activities : - you plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals, - you foresee and resolve potential bottlenecks and delays, - you provide guidance and training to others on creating effective reports and relevant comments, - j ointly with their manager, you coach and develop your squad members.
