Our friendly and helpful crew members create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Crew members work in a variety of areas, including Concession, Box Office or Usher, and will perform the key duties of each area. These positions include: Box Office Greeter: Greets guests, sells tickets, explains reserved seating, provides showtime information, guides guests to their theater locations, and processes ticket transactions.. Concessions/Kitchen Recommends a variety of snacks and beverages to guests, prepares food and drinks, operates the register, processes payments, and make change, and safely operates cooking, warming, and popcorn equipment.
