Your missions The HR recruiter is part of the HR team. He supports the HR Manager in his daily work and takes over various administrative tasks. The scope of duties entrusted to the HR Recruiter is by its nature subject to continuous evolution and may be modified by the Company for administrative and managerial reasons. In particular, its duties include the following: Support of the applicant management - Participate with hierarchy and management on internal and external hiring policies related to defined strategic and development priorities. - Competitive intelligence (industry salary levels, availability of profiles). - Creation of talent pools, participation in the definition of the sourcing strategy - Support in the organization and implementation of career fairs and other recruiting events - Networking, active sourcing / direct approach - Supporting the operational side in the identification of needs and sought profiles - Co-formulation and placement of job advertisements on the job boards and the career site of DERICHEBOURG Aeronautics Services Germany GmbH - Conducting telephone interviews & preliminary interviews - Participate with supervisors in job interviews and evaluati...
