Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Developer, Senior to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and integrate frontend, backend, or full‑stack software components in Agile/CI‑CD environments to support enterprise programs and operational initiatives. - Implement APIs, automation logic, data workflows, and user interfaces; develop dashboards and analytics features (e.g., Power BI) and automate processes (e.g., Power Automate) to improve operational visibility. - Build proof‑of‑concepts and rapid prototypes to validate innovations, assess technical feasibility, and inform leadership decisions. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and code reviews; ensure code quality, security, and adherence to development standards. - Integrate applications with enterprise systems and data sources, support API/data exchange development, and follow configuration management and deployment processes within CI/CD pipelines. - Produce technical designs, documentation, test artifacts, and operational runbooks to support sustainment and handover. - Collaborate wit...
