This support includes handling service issues, warranty issues, technical support, and service training. Other duties include: troubleshooting, machine service or repairs, modifications, and evaluating new products. Essential Functions: Manage and interact with dealer service personnel covering all service and warranty issues for a multi-state region. Receives telephone and email request for technical support, concerns or complaints regarding equipment performance, service related questions, and all warranty related issues. Supervises the processing of all warranty claims for the region. This includes, reviewing the claim, requesting additional information when necessary, inspecting causal parts when required, and making final decisions to approve or deny claim.
