Location: Austin, TX Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Department: Engineering / Product Salary: $160K – $200K annually + equity in the company We’re hiring a Staff Product Designer who loves creating intuitive and delightful experiences across a customer’s full lifecycle. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX. As a Staff Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end journey for critical product pillars. You are a master of your craft who transforms complex requirements into seamless, high-performing interfaces. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and shipped code, ensuring that every interaction feels obvious and effortless for our users. What You'll Do: Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, iterating quickly and adjusting based on real usage data and team feedback. Design user-friendly experiences across our marketing site, web application, and documents that helps landlords insure their rental properties. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate real-world user needs into clean, effective design solutions.
