SUMMARY: The Intern, Business Analyst, Account Services Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing management of key Account Services technology platforms and initiatives. Additionally, this role requires strategic interaction with internal stakeholders, fund clients, vendors, team members, and management. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Supports the technology operations of the Account Services group. - Monitors, analyzes, and distributes Account Services metrics. - Participates in the extraction, assembly, analysis, and distribution of department metrics. - Ensures adherence to transfer agent compliance manual, SEC, FINRA, and IRS regulations. - Supports initiatives to promote the business unit and maintain a forward-looking presence.
