Working Hours/Days 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday This is a 100% onsite position Relocation assistance is not available Overview: Altorfer Rents Sales Academy Time Frame approx.18-24 months: Position Goal: Working under the guidance of the Rental Sales Manager the employee will train & learn all aspects of the rental business via rotational assignments, including counter sales, outside sales, service department, yard maintenance, parts counter, etc. with the goal of developing into a Sales Representative position. Altorfer will provide the appropriate resources to ensure the employee can develop into a sales position, and in return, the employee will demonstrate a commitment to his/her future by seizing every learning opportunity made available. Basic Duties: Summary of Responsibilities: The employee will work under the guidance of the Sales Manager and rotational supervisor to ensure daily and monthly training goals are met and assist with the sales/rental process in various aspects of the rotation.
