Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position. Performs multiple office functions including answering phones and providing test results to clinical providers by phone or fax. Must be able to do some transcription including dictation corrections. Coordinates the shipping of patient cases to other institutions for referral. Tracks cases to ensure they are returned.
