In this role, you’ll help fuel the growth of Triangle Rewards across CTC by leading creative, high‑impact registration campaigns that make it easy—and exciting—for customers to join. You’ll own incentive‑driven, always‑on, and seasonal initiatives from strategy through execution, bringing a growth mindset to everything you do. You’ll collaborate closely with banner teams, frontline partners, and cross‑functional groups including Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to drive measurable results—while always putting the customer first and ensuring compliant, seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
