Job Summary: Responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective merchandise planning, allocation, and in-season management. The Senior Merchandising Manager is leading the Little Burgundy merchandisers and guiding them to achieve their goals as well as the company goals. Job Responsibilities: - Manage all replenishment of product, including setting models and transfers for their assigned brands and categories. - Develop, enhance, and leverage reporting tools and analytics to generate actionable insights that drive sales, optimize inventory turns, and improve overall profitability - Manage the merchandising team to support growth initiatives and achieve sales targets across key stores, including new openings, remodels, relocations and focus stores - Plan and manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) activities in alignment with warehouse capacity, store operations, inventory flow, and stock turn objectives - Ensure allocation models, replenishment strategies, and transfer decisions are aligned with store capacity, inventory needs, and performance trends - Coordinate and optimize inter-store and regional transfers to maximize sales opportunities and inventory productivity, enablin...
