Operations Specialist

Description Purpose: The Operations Specialist supports the daily plant operations by coordinating production activities and optimizing workflows, and ensuring products are manufactured safely, on schedule, and accordance with design specifications. The role serves as a key liaison between production, quality control, and design teams, promoting clear communication, continuous improvement, and operational consistency. Essential Functions: - Perform all job duties in accordance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures without exception. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting and adhering to company values. - Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing daily plant operations and production activities - Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust labor, equipment and resources to meet production and productivity targets - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput and reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency - Develop and implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and operational excellence across production lines - Establish and promote best practices to st...
