Production Operator

Job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Correctly identify and build molds according to casting schedule - Assist in building loads for carbonization kilns - Assist in breaking down carbonization kiln loads - Clean infiltrated product, using the grit-blasting machines, per procedure - Maintain grit-blasting machines with basic preventive and routine maintenance (daily) - Follow standard work procedures and detailed instruction - Prioritize in a multi-task work cell - Keep accurate written documentation - Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment - Assist in preparing and breaking down of furnace loads Education & Experience: - Work effectively with minimal supervision. - Able to get along well with others. - Basic proficiency in data entry - Good communication (oral and written) skills. - Ability to keep accurate records. Working Conditions: - Manufacturing environment, exposure to dust Physical Requirements: - Able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 50 pounds (or heavier with assistance) repeatedly. - Able to sit, stand, bend, squat, and walk about the facility 8-12 hours/day Safety Requirements: All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Co...
