Job Description A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Downstream Shift Manager at our new state of the art single use Multiproduct Biotech facility. The successful candidate will lead the team to deliver batch operations successfully, identify and resolve issues in order to allow the site to deliver for our patients in a culture that supports Quality, EHS, Learning and Continuous improvement. Reporting to the Associate Director of Manufacturing, this role is a central people lead role on the manufacturing team. Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following: - Mentor a team of biotech associates in the production of biologic drug substance who are responsible for the day-to-day shift operations at the site. - Acting a technical point of contact for others on the shift team, acting as a key liaison for the site shift lead for ongoing operations in a process area. - Focusing on delivery to the patient through living the Dunboyne culture including a commitment to safety, focusing on right first time in everything we do and concentrating on the engagement and development of self and peers. - Trouble shooting and problem solving in conjunction with the ability...
