Performing security reports reviews: Managing the small group of penetration testers Continuously improving security services and processes according to industry best practices and standards. Creating, updating, and verifying security policies, procedures, and standards. Participating in the development of the organization's security strategy. Leading or actively contributing to technical brainstorming sessions. Defining and documenting project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of stakeholders.
