Our San Francisco office is looking for an Investment Banking Senior Associate to join the Financial Sponsors Group. Our Financial Sponsors Group advises private equity firms, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and pension funds on capital-raising, investment, and exit strategies for companies. Responsibilities include financial analysis, deal execution (M&A, debt, equity), drafting pitch books and client materials, managing junior analysts, and developing client relationships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions.
