Description Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri: Location: 10759 Hampshire Ave S. Bloomington, MN 55438 Position Overview: The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist the JFW Commercial Sales Team by providing various administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities: Administrative Sales Support: o Assign sales leads o Set up new users and train new Commercial Account Managers - Assist with quote creation, customer proposal creation, presentations, and distribution to customers as needed - Manage the commercial CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system by: Maintain retail referral program: - Oversee distribution of leads - Contact Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) as needed to update their lead status and track wins/losses and report for commissionable purposes Coordinate lead generation for CAMs: o Hit assigned monthly targets for new lead generation o Find and qualify new opportunities.
