This opportunity entails providing compensation analytical support by assisting in the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent application and accomplishment of Human Resources objectives. Assists in the development of special studies and recommendations on a variety of compensation projects, programs and policies. What You’ll Do: - Participates in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace. Oversees salary survey database and integrity of associated market data. - Leads the administrative processes related to the creation and on-going maintenance of job profiles, geographic differentials, and salary ranges, preparing supporting compensation materials as requested.
