Position Summary: The Manager, IAM Engineering plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company’s Information Technology functions. The role is primarily responsible, under limited to intermittent supervision, for overseeing the suite of services that provision and authenticate identities used by employees, borrowers, and machines. Partner with IAM, Security, Governance and DevOps teams to reduce risk, limit manual efforts, and improve the consistency and scalability of IAM workloads. Manage a team of engineers in the identity access management space; ensure that their time is accounted for and prioritized by business and technology teams.
