Job Description Employee Clinical Services Director: $82,921.00 - $124,384.00 DOE**: +$1 per hour worked in environmental pay *All job-related experience must be included on the resume portion for it to be considered in the salary offer. For Benefits information click HERE: JOB SUMMARY: Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of a mental health and substance abuse treatment program in the Sheriff’s Office. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social or Behavioral Sciences, or other closely related field, plus five (5) years of related experience, of which two (2) years must have been supervisory or administrative. Education may not be substituted for the required supervisory experience. Licensed in the State of Utah as a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check, including fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program, in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
