How You Will Make Contributions That Matter…. Oversees the performance of the department while focusing on Cost, Quality, Safety and Employee Environment. Communicate and interact effectively with the department personnel, Plant Manager, all departments, other plants, support services and all levels of management to ensure the smooth operation of the process. Supervise employees to meet performance expectations by providing strong leadership, decision-making capability and performance coaching. Complete all assigned paperwork, including but not limited to, production records, schedules, safety and other incident reports and investigations, performance reviews and any other paperwork deemed necessary in a timely manner.
