Job description

Sayres is seeking an Afloat Training Group Pacific Northwest (ATGPNW) Scheduler located in Everett, WA with a SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS. Responsibilities: - Documenting trainer augmentation for ATGPNW. Coordinate with the ATO schedulers and ATGPNW Travel Office to identify augments. - Review training schedules identify qualified trainers across eight departments and assign trainers to individual training events. - Review and provide feedback on Basic Phase Training Plans and Basic Phase Training Change and Risk Reports of Pacific Fleet ships in training. Specifically address scheduling, de-confliction, SOP deviations, waivers and staffing. - Maintain the Master Scheduling Program (MSP) and associated data collection and analysis tools to accurately account for the expenditure of training resources. - Produce and promulgate weekly informational briefs by Power Point to ensure PNW is informed on all scheduling current and future training issues.
