Ensures all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet brand and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Painting & Surface Work: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, and fixtures Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces Match existing colors and finishes to maintain consistency across the property Repair drywall, plaster, and minor wall damage prior to painting Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for paint damage or wear Proactively address scuffs, chips, water damage, and discoloration Maintain painting schedules for guestrooms and high-traffic areas Project Work: Complete room refreshes and renovation projects within assigned timelines Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to minimize guest disruption Assist w...
